You can delete your Percolate account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App (recommended)
Open Percolate on your iPhone.
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Tap the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm by tapping Delete.
Your account and all data will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, send an
email to
support@percolateapp.com
from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject
line "Delete My Account".
Account deletion typically completes within 24 to 48 hours,
and always within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation
when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in identity (Apple or Google).
Your profile (display name, avatar, taste profile).
Your shelf (every coffee entry with status, origin, process, and roast).
Your cupping log (every cup with date, aroma, acidity, body, flavor, and notes).
Your flavor-quiz history.
Your taste-profile results.
Any ratings, private notes, and reviews you submitted.
Your community posts and your follow / follower relationships.
What is retained
For legal and fraud-prevention purposes we may retain:
Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be traced back to you — for example, that someone in your country logged a cup on a given day, with no identifier attached.
Subscriptions
Percolate is free and has no subscription, so there is
nothing to cancel. Deleting your account removes your data as described
above.
Percolate is a free, independent app. We do not roast or sell coffee.
“Buy from” links to roasters and specialty retailers may earn us
a small commission at no cost to you.
